As a newborn photographer, I’m lucky enough to spend my days surrounded by new beginnings — soft snuggles, fresh little personalities, and the sweetest tiny details you never want to forget. So as the New Year begins, it feels especially meaningful to pause, reflect, and look ahead with gratitude.

Looking back on the past year, I am incredibly thankful for every family who welcomed me into such a special moment in their lives. Each baby who entered the studio reminded me just how sweet these newborn days really are. Those sleepy smiles, sweet little cheeks, and curled little fingers don’t stay that way for long — and it is truly an honor to preserve them.

In the year ahead, I’m especially looking forward to leaning even more into baby-led, relaxed posing — allowing your little one to settle naturally and gently into positions that feel comfortable and peaceful for them. My goal is always to create a calm, cozy environment where your baby is safe, supported, and never rushed.

You’ll continue to see soft, neutral tones throughout my work — warm textures, gentle light, and timeless styling that keeps the focus right where it belongs: on your beautiful new baby. These colors photograph beautifully, work well in any home, and create images that feel classic and soothing — never overly styled or trendy. Of course, I always allow parents to have choice over colors, but there is something about neutrals that warm my heart.

Whether you’re a returning family or you’ll be stepping into my studio for the first time this year, I cannot wait to meet the little ones who will fill the coming months with tiny yawns and sleepy stretches. Thank you for trusting me with your most precious memories.
